  • Unique private boat ramp can be used to launch our provided canoe or youth kayaks right from the backyard. 

  • Great for easy access to the lake for swimming, fishing, or playing around. 

  • Paddles and lifejackets provided.

  • Old Town Canoe is large enough to be used to fish the channel and lake. Catfish, Crappie, and white bass have all been caught right off the dock.

Entertainment

  • Fishing: Several species of fish (Catfish, crappie, and bass) have recently been caught right off the back dock. Several fishing poles provided for your use. 

  • A saucer swing located right off the back deck. Kids spend hours on this and just try to stay away yourselves adults!

  • Pac-Man Arcade game (with 14 retro games)

  • Your group can kick-up the fun with the Retro Nintendo gaming console hooked up to the TV.

  • Board games, outdoor toys, and pool toys provided. 

  • The two youth sized kayaks and an Old Town Canoe can be launched right from the backyard.
